Process of handling
1、 租賃雙方持第二條規(guī)定的有關(guān)證件,到房屋租賃管理辦公室登記
1, the leasing parties hold second relevant documents and register in the housing lease management office.
2、 租賃工作人員對(duì)證件進(jìn)行審查,對(duì)租賃合同進(jìn)行監(jiān)證,審查初步通過(guò)后予以簽署初審意見
2, the rental staff to review documents for witness of the lease contract, to be signed after the preliminary review by the preliminary examination opinions
3、 在初審?fù)ㄟ^(guò)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行二交審查,簽署二審意見

4、 租賃雙方交納規(guī)定稅費(fèi)后,發(fā)給承租人《房屋租賃登記證》

5、 在手續(xù)齊全,審查無(wú)誤的情況下,三天內(nèi)辦完

四、 收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 按年租金的2%收取租賃監(jiān)證費(fèi),租賃雙方各負(fù)擔(dān)1%.
