| 網(wǎng)上績(jī)效考核系統(tǒng)是將各級(jí)公安機(jī)關(guān)工作中產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)綜合合理利用。本考核系統(tǒng)分為對(duì)單位考核和對(duì)民警考核兩種考核;在對(duì)單位考核中,分為①市局考核辦(市局)對(duì)縣(分)局考核、②市直機(jī)關(guān)考核辦(市局)對(duì)市直各部門考核、③市直各部門對(duì)所轄大隊(duì)科室考核、④市直各部門對(duì)縣(分)局的對(duì)口單位考核、⑤縣(分)局對(duì)基層科所隊(duì)考核、⑥市直各部門大隊(duì)科室對(duì)所轄中隊(duì)科室考核、⑦縣(分)局基層科所隊(duì)對(duì)所轄中隊(duì)科室考核;在對(duì)民警考核中,分為①市直各部門大隊(duì)科室對(duì)本單位民警考核、②市直各部門大隊(duì)科室所轄中隊(duì)科室對(duì)本單位民警考核、③縣(分)局基層科所隊(duì)對(duì)本單位民警考核、④縣(分)局基層科所隊(duì)所轄中隊(duì)科室對(duì)本單位民警考核。在各類考核中,評(píng)分性數(shù)據(jù)自成體系,平臺(tái)自動(dòng)生成量化性數(shù)據(jù)。 |
