從事道路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸經(jīng)營(yíng)的，應(yīng)當(dāng)具備下列條件：

1.自有專用車輛5輛以上;

2.專用車輛技術(shù)性能符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛綜合性能要求和檢驗(yàn)方法》(GB18565)的要求，車輛外廓尺寸、軸荷和質(zhì)量符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《道路車輛外廓尺寸、軸荷和質(zhì)量限值》(GB1589)的要求，車輛技術(shù)等級(jí)達(dá)到行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《營(yíng)運(yùn)車輛技術(shù)等級(jí)劃分和評(píng)定要求》(JT/T198)規(guī)定的一級(jí)技術(shù)等級(jí);
